Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time; estimated lead times will be noted at checkout and/or emailed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders) are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order has been handed to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping

  • We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

  • Shipping times typically range from 2–4 days once dispatched.

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary; please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, Dekowe is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist in providing documentation to support your claim.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you with next steps.

Partial Shipments

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on availability. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
