  • How can I track my order?
    Please provide us with the full name on your order or your order number for assistance here:
    You can also "Chat with us" using the Chat button below. We are usually able to provide you with an update within a few minutes.

  • What is your turn around time?
    Our standard turn around time is 7-10 business days, given availability. We offer rush options for most of our products. Please contact us in advance to ensure you can receive your order sooner than the expected turn around time.

  • Do you offer samples?
    Samples are available for pillow covers and wallpaper. By obtaining samples, you are able to coordinating the color ways and textures with existing furniture in your desired space.

  • What are your policies regarding returns and exchanges?
    We currently do not offer any cancellations, returns or exchanges as every pillow is made to order and goods are allocated to each order. This also ensures your order will be received on time. 

  • Are you able to make sizes that are not listed?
    We specialize in custom sizing for all of our products, including pillow inserts. Please contact us with your preferred quantity and size along with the pillows interested in.
    Most wallpaper is sold by the Double Roll only and cannot be cut to your specific measurements.

  • Do you offer additional finishes?
    All of our pillow covers are made with a Knife-Edge finish and an Invisible Zipper Closure. If you would like upgrades such as Flange, Self Welt, Piping or an exposed zipper, please let us know.
    Our Single Sided outdoor pillow covers will contain an Ivory Outdoor fabric on the backing. Please let us know if you would prefer the same designer fabric on both sides or a Linen/Outdoor fabric color of your choice used instead. 
    Single Sided Velvet pillows will contain a luxe Ivory Velvet fabric placed on the backing of each cover, unless specified. Additional Linen and Velvet color ways are available to substitute.

  • Can you make a pillow for me with my own fabric?
    We offer custom fabrication services with the same high quality professional sewing we use on our own fabrics. If you have your own fabric that you would like fabricated into pillows or cushions, please let us know. You can find the listing available here:

  • Can you ship internationally?
    We offer international shipping using USPS Services. If you prefer a different shipping courier, such as UPS or DHL, please let us know. Tracking will always be provided.
    We ship international orders within 2-4 business days due to the international transit time. To compare pricing within your country, please use the Currency Selector located at the top right of our page.

  • Help! I need assistance with wallpaper measurements.
    We offer wallpaper assistance for each wallpaper we provide. Please send us an email with your wall measurements and we will provide you with the quantity needed to complete your installation.

  • Do you offer design assistance?
    Design Services are available. You can email us with photos of the room or furniture you are interested in decorating and we will provide you with professional designer recommendations. 
    For Interior Services, we will recommend you to a preferred specialist that can further assist with your remodel.

  • Do you still offer drapery and shade services?
    Yes, please contact us with your inquiry and we will provide you with a quote and turn around time.
